About me

Hello, I’m Jenna.

I'm a licensed psychotherapist in the Bay Area Peninsula with over 10 years of experience treating trauma/PTSD, depression, and anxiety. My mission is to equip you with effective strategies that go beyond talk therapy; To empower you with tools to help you figure out what might be keeping you stuck or simply cycling through the same behaviors, relationships, and negative thought patterns that are preventing you from moving forward.

I'm here to help you navigate through life’s hard spaces and hits, find your peace and content, and create a life worth living. My clients describe me as warm, empathetic, joyful; honest and direct when needed. My style is non-judgmental, collaborative, and strengths-based. I believe in the power of humor, celebrating the small wins, and finding meaning in the darkest of times. Recovery is possible and there is always, always, hope.

In private practice, I work with adolescents, adults, and First Responders, utilizing a tailored, eclectic approach rooted in evidence-based therapies. My aim is to enhance your coping mechanisms, reveal impactful thought patterns, and strengthen your relationships. I am committed to your process and ability to overcome past challenges that continue to affect your present.

Let me help you figure out the map you're already carrying.
